Little different post today. Just want to recommend EVERYONE, that do free weighted barbell exercises, to subscribe to this page. This page is run by an extremely smart, natural lifter (he's also in fantastic shape himself, so he walks the walk, to put it that way). He explains A TON of lifting hacks, explains a lot of complex things related to anatomy (like what happens to the segments in your deltoids or knees during a bench/squat etc.), provides extremely good mental cues that you can use to improve your lifting etc. He makes all the drawing himself! Absolutely crazy. This page is absolute gold. I share it so more people can learn more, to better their own performance in the gym. I have a lot of things to work on with my own technique, that I am full aware of and very conscious of each time I train, and I constantly work towards improving. And this page helps me a lot. It has made me able to understand so many things that nobody else was able to explain to me, no matter how many articles I read - things I just understood through intuition, but didn't have the formal competence for truly understanding on a deeper level.
