Salad for lunch with crumbed chicken breast.
Mixed salad with grated carrot, mushroom, tomato, alfalfa, capsicum and my lightly crumbed chicken breast strips - baked in the oven with no oil, topped with some Greek yoghurt and sweet chilli for dressing.
(the crumbed chicken is what I always make for DaveyG, he likes nuggets, as all toddlers do, but we don't like giving him processed foods, so I make these)
Since I don't really count calories on a Sunday (its my free day), I haven't got a count yet, but I usually try to be as healthy and #delicious as possible.
