No #nocountsunday for me today because I desperately need to do a food shop so I don’t have much in. No point setting myself up to fail on the first day of a brand new WW Week. That’s the beauty of having the Tracking & No Count options on WW x

May me and my leopard print dressing gown never be parted. We’ve been through good times and bad times together; tears, make up, tea spillages and fake tan stains. I’ll never find another one to replace it 🐾

Back on the wagon today after a munchy/picky/greedy piggy day yesterday. That attitude won’t be get me to goal will it

Still trying to mix things up a bit with my meals as it seems to be a top tip

A cooked breakfast would always be my last choice - so that’s what I’ve had
.
I’ve kept my portions under control...
*One Crumpet, not two. If I still want a crumpet later, I can have one...
*One Egg with Eggstra White....instead of two whole eggs. I never had two eggs when I had to point them.....
*Four slices of bacon that should have been three...but who puts one slice of bacon back in the fridge?
*A lovely big splodge of @blendbros BBQ SF Sauce - yum

Rhubarb & Ginger Overnight Oats

Your appreciation (or not) for this breakfast idea will depend where you stand on eating cold rhubarb from a jar. I thought it was gorgeous 🙋🏻‍♀️

I simmered rhubarb with cinnamon and ginger then strained excess water before layering with FF natural yoghurt flavoured with vanilla and oats flavoured with a little more cinnamon and ginger

I don’t like custard but if you do - this be lovely layered with custard as a pud or late night treat

Ok - yesterday wasn’t good 🙁

I’ve changed lots of eating habits with Weight Watchers.
.
I’ve finally managed to increase my activity levels now my youngest is getting a bit older and with baby sitting help from mum and dad 😊
.
I lost 50lbs so I’m know I’m capable of achieving what I want to.
.
The final demon I’ve absolutely got to deal with is this so called Treat Day. It’s not a treat - I’m binging and eating everything in sight. It’s not a treat - I don’t feel good about myself for it. I’m disgusted that I do it
.
I wish I just had the will power to stop it. How can I have strong will power all week and lose it on Saturday?
.
I know I’m not alone in this; I’ve seen a few of you doing the same thing and we all seem baffled as to why we do it 🤷🏻‍♀️. What’s it all about?
.
I’m going to download a hypnotherapy/audio book on binge eating to listen to at bedtime
.
If anyone’s used one of these successfully I’d love to hear your recommendations and advice. I’d read a book but unfortunately it relaxes me so much I fall asleep after a few pages 😂 😴
.
Anyway - as usual it’s #nocountsunday And I’ve got crumpets with jelly jam and yoghurt, with a coffee and SF French Vanilla Froth x

Dinner was all 0SP for #nocountsunday 😊 Fish Tagine from a frozen batch cook with Couscous and mixed veg. I’m going to have to get a batch cook session on soon - stocks are running low! X

The best thing about #nocountsunday is 0SP Baked Oats followed by 0SP Starbucks 😛. Today’s flavours are Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake courtesy of Lemon Juice and bursting blueberries in the Baked Oat Mix and Quark, Yoghurt & @myproteinuk White Choc Drops with fruit on the side. Tasty, filling and IBS friendly (apart from those pesky blackberries which is why I only have two...I’m living dangerously 😂) x

Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful sunny day 😎. We don’t have enough days like this so I’m enjoying breakfast in the garden; listening to the busy bees buzzing around the flowers next to me 🐝 🌷. I’m not waiting for Monday to make a fresh start. Today is the day! That’s what I love about @weightwatchersuk - we aren’t made to feel bad about a gain on the scales. It’s all about what happens next, drawing that line and getting back in a positive frame of mind. So much to feel good about today. I’m going to the gym to burn some calories doing cardio, my little munchkins will be back from 2 nights away later, it’s #nocountsunday which means my favourite @starbucksuk with mum and dad. And hopefully I’ll be able to sell my old phone for pennies in my pocket to buy some garden furniture paint with 💰. Breakfast was a gorgeously plain n simple bread & butter pud flavoured with vanilla essence, ground mixed spice and vanilla. I added a spoon of yoghurt to the mix and it came out super creamy 👌🏼 0SP on NC or 3SP for the (rather skinny) crumpet if tracking x

What better way to start a fantastic on-plan week - it’s #nocountsunday and I’ve got Lemon Cheesecake 🍋 Baked Oats for breakfast. The weekly #smartpoints are precious on a #nocount day so it’s great to make those zero heroes work hard for you. I’ve got my usual Baked Oat recipe with FF Quark and Lemon Juice added. There’s some more Quark sweetened with @myproteinuk White Choc Drops and Fruit on the side. Tasty and Filling 👌🏼 x

#nocountsunday 😜😜 went over to Buffalo to do some shopping with my parents. Found a new water bottle, jeans and a sweater. Had some breadsticks and popcorn at target!! Quite enjoying no count , only tried one day at a time so far but now trying 3 in a row so today was poached eggs , baked potato with egg and then quorn Casserole, only points used are 1 #smartpoints for extra light mayo and 2 #sps for the casserole sachet. Breakfast was awesome, the two plain ones were french toast thins and the other two had mashed banana and blueberries with cinnamon under the grill for 5 mins and they were delicious! I was dubious because I don't like cooked banana or mushed banana but like this is was amazing !! Salad for lunch with crumbed chicken breast.
Mixed salad with grated carrot, mushroom, tomato, alfalfa, capsicum and my lightly crumbed chicken breast strips - baked in the oven with no oil, topped with some Greek yoghurt and sweet chilli for dressing.
(the crumbed chicken is what I always make for DaveyG, he likes nuggets, as all toddlers do, but we don't like giving him processed foods, so I make these)
Since I don't really count calories on a Sunday (its my free day), I haven't got a count yet, but I usually try to be as healthy and #delicious as possible. 😉
