Yesterday in my #wisdomwednesday I spoke about the importance of warming up and when lifting weights its essential to warm up the body part or parts your are going to train. Yesterday was arm day so this is a little bit of my upper body warm up. Nothing fancy, just exercises to increase blood flow and go thru a full range of motion. 1 min deadlifts going up on a Thursdays ☝🏽 Leg day in between sets of weighted walking lundges to keep the heart rate up which = more time in the fat burning zone! Why not cardio with weights? It's the best of both worlds. If you struggle like I do getting in enough cardio, this is the perfect way to do it.
