Yesterday in my #wisdomwednesday I spoke about the importance of warming up and when lifting weights its essential to warm up the body part or parts your are going to train. Yesterday was arm day so this is a little bit of my upper body warm up. Nothing fancy, just exercises to increase blood flow and go thru a full range of motion. Give these a try next chest, back, arm and/or back day. 💪🏽 *excuse the beetle cameo towards the end 😄
Quickie while waiting for a client. Your workouts don't have to crazy intense or complicated you just need to move and get your heart rate up. Doing something like this daily, 3 x a week or as many days as you can make time will help you reach your goals. Consistency is 🗝
Happy Monday! Listen....if you want more time, freedom and energy start saying no. You are still a good and kind person if you say no. Don't feel pressured to say yes all the time.
