One of my wellness objectives today was doing an act of kindness for someone I care about. It’s proven that kindness helps your mood and level of inner happiness so it’s a win/win for both you and the other person! My husband is the one who is best about prepping for winter storms and since I happened to take his Jeep today and the crazy snow is coming Sunday, I made sure I filled it up. :) #wellnesslemonade

I know its hard to do but your health will suffer if you don't learn to RELAX. I practice each and every one of these tips. Some days these are not as easy to do but its the habit you want to develop and overtime you will see the improvement.
Tip #4 Spend time outdoors at least 15 minutes a day. This will lower your blood pressure and cortisol levels. No more sitting cooped up behind your office desk.

Tip #5 Make time for YOURSELF. As moms, friends, caregivers we take care of everyone else and neglect ourselves. Its time to stop burning yourself out, learn to say NO more, and delegate the tasks you can.
Tip #6 Visualize. Visualize. Visualize. We struggle with visualization because our minds are all over the place and we have over 70,000 thoughts in a day. I still struggle with this but I'm getting better. It takes practice and focus.

Where do I get my self-worth from? From other people’s successes? No!
More often than not, if I compare myself to others and THEIR success, I criticize myself . . . I’m not good enough . . . I’m not strong enough . . . I’m not pretty enough . . . I’m not creative enough . . . I’m not smart enough . . . I’m not young enough.

ENOUGH of the word enough!

Before I started my health journey, lots of life had happened in our family and I was very much affected in a negative way. Both physically (weight gain for starters!) and emotionally/mentally.
I had lost my Mojo!

But now fast forward to today.
Yes, I still experience ‘LIFE’ stuff, BUT I have my Mojo and my self-worth back. I have surrounded myself with others who are all striving to better themselves. We are kicking the “not enoughs” to the curb and stepping into our own greatness.

I am enough. . . . And so are you!

Think about yourself – Are you living in a place of positive self-worth, or are you hiding behind fear and trash talking yourself?
If you aren’t in a good place, maybe start looking at why that is happening. Maybe you need some positive people in your life who will rub off on you! I know that’s what started my turn around!

Stress is trying its best to enter into your mind and make it stressful but you need to be quick and don't let stress enter into your mind. Whenever you feel like "Stress is building up" put your work aside, for some time do what you like to do, chill down your mind and then with full energy focus on completing your work and if stress builds up again in future, don't give it value. Instead do what you love, rejuvenate your body and mind and then come back with full focus on completing your work. Feel free to share your thoughts, your views and very important.
