New Years resolution:
To look back at all the things I have accomplished instead of things I want to accomplish.
I believe that, too often, we forget where we started and how far we have come. It can deter our motivation and goals. 🥦🥦🥦🥦
Looking back through this year... I’ve majorly changed my RELATIONSHIP with food. What I eat, how I eat, how much I eat... I cannot say that I do not have day(s) where I struggle with temptation.. but everything is a process.
Learn, modify, and adapt.
Balance & moderation. 🥕🥕🥕🥕
I hear a lot of the time... “ugh, but changing my diet is hard.” Absolutely, totally, understandable.
No one expects you to be perfect.. Anyone who cares about your health will not judge you for having hiccups in your diet... What matters most: trying your best and being able to look back and say “I’ve made great progress.” I believe we can positively change the way we think, feel, and act by taking chances to “break traditions.” 🍗🥩🥙🥗
