I cannot believe this is my last week of this program. 👏🏼
This program is no joke and to anyone who says you can't get results only working out 30 minutes 4 days a week has obviously never done this program. These past 7 weeks I have become stronger, more flexible, faster and feel the fittest I've ever felt in my entire life.
I’m restarting this program on November 4th! — 30-40 minutes a day, 4 days a week! This should be a no brainer for over the holidays!
