I am often met by comments like “don’t get too skinny”, “why do you work out so much”, “remember your rest days” and on and on and on. Like I am mentally unstable, or doing something extremely wrong. Everyone is questioning and asking WHY I am doing it. Seems odd, that when you decide to live healthier than the average, you’ll need to defend and stand up for yourself. no matter what, I will keep going. Keep getting stronger. Setting new goals. Getting bigger and happier.

I might be a bit of a hard ass. ♀️ But I truly believe in the following:
1. Never quit what you start.
2. Put in 100% all of the time.
3. Do the hard stuff first.
4. Challenge yourself.
5. Do things that scare you.
