Mix together 2 tbsp mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp honey. Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup ground flax seed (mine was golden). You can also add 2 tbsp of chocolate chips or nuts. After it's mixed well, microwave for about 2 minutes.
Makes a great snack or breakfast addition!

+ a dash of @plenishcleanse cashew nut milk
topped with @liebesfoods protein buckinola...

Snacking on a scrummy green smoothie! 1 banana (4 syns), half a tbsp of @almighty_foods Cashew Caramello butter (2.5 syns), a BIG handful of spinach, and my HExA of coconut milk. Yum!

The recipe on the right is a base of old fashioned oats & looks beautiful, but the recipe on the left is a base of almond butter and has an awesome texture. Which would you prefer?! We love our brown butter + dark chocolate-hazelnut cookie skillet on the blog... but THIS giant dark chocolate marshmallow cookie skillet, inspired by and based off of @skinny_kitchen_confidential ‘s gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free “faux-tmeal” cookie recipe, is a MUST! If you take one look at her abs, I promise you won’t feel guilty about this indulgence either. Get in the kitchen ASAP and make this easy recipe (but I’m warning - I made 2 in one day, because we just couldn’t stop):
4 c almond flour (got a big bag of just ground, blanched California almonds @kirklandsig_@costco )
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Redmond’s Real Salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla extract
6 drops stevia liquid (@wholefoods 365)
6 tbsp coconut oil .

Why do I drink it? It brings me joy & boost my cognitive function ESPECIALLY if you’re a severe suffer of ADHD (like me) because dopamine levels in the brain have to be within a very narrow margin in order for a person to be able to focus on their work. But in ADHD, dopamine levels are too low. Stimulant chemicals such as caffeine or amphetamines tend to increase dopamine levels. For most people, adding stimulants will push dopamine levels too high, causing agitation and anxiety. But for people with ADHD, adding stimulants can get the levels just right. A few cups of coffee throughout the day can make a real difference. When I took adderall as a young adult it never made me jittery, just super hyper-focused!
Why cold-brew? It’s less acidic, doesn’t taste metallic & it’s fkn smooth; one or 2 servings a day won’t negatively affect me + genetics play a huge role & some ppl cannot tolerate it depending on how fast they metabolize it ♀️!!
