Giving our beer the old "crash test" before transferring it to a brite tank for packaging. This process involves lowering the temperature of the beer after fermentation is completed and prior to packaging. By decreasing the temperature, we can essentially accelerate the time required for particles to drop out of suspension resulting in a cleaner looking and tasting beer. Since we do not filter or pasteurize our beer, this process is important in getting you a clear beer at the end of the day. Have a good Monday, friends!
