In my younger days (I am 34 now!), I was quite shy and a little held back. I was very much about following rules, doing what I should, and not doing what I was told I shouldn’t. Becoming a mother definitely changed me. Suddenly, I became the protector of this tiny being, and four years in, I feel like if I can raise them, I can do anything. There are no rules. I will do whatever I put my mind to. I am fearless.
Y’all know I’m a big fan of breakfast. I’m also a big fan of toaster waffles when I need breakfast in just a few minutes.
I love Van’s and Kodiak Cakes, but I saw Birchbender’s makes them and I wanted to give ‘em a try since I really liked their pancake mix. Topped with Nuttzo + organic sliced strawbs + cinnamon. Mmm.
These were a little lighter and more crispy than the other brands, which is good if you like that, but I personally prefer a softer, more dense waffle ♀️ . Regardless, still tasty and satisfying fuel to kick off this Thursday! Happy almost-Friday day!

Voltei e estou um caco; Foi muito massa, mas também muito cansativo. Afinal de contas foram 15 Aviões, dando um total de 63h de vôo, onde passamos por 6 cidades em 4 países.
Fora o tempo de espera nos aeroportos.
Aos poucos meu corpo ta voltando ao normal; inicialmente na volta ficamos confusos por causa do fuso de 6h em média.
