Birthday Dinner and dessert courses at @fablekitchen on Saturday My main course was the Scallop and Pork belly with kale, pumpkin seed hummus and picked mushrooms. O.M.G. The scallops were cooked to perfect- like slicing a knife through butter, and the pork belly was just falling apart (flip through the photos to see ). The salty/briney mustardy taste from the kale combined with the sweetness of the pork and scallops #perfection ♂️ Hubby's @jln.df dinner was a #grassfed Skirt Steak with potato pavé and black pepper jam.
I had a scoop of coconut cacao-nib ice cream for dessert and we had that fabulous bottle of #merlot from @summerhillwine#organicwine
