Raw zucchini pasta by Lena Scissorhands 🙂
i wanted to do it, cause it looks yummi, it´s healthy, easy and quick! (very important for me) it´s also done by Lena and i swear every meal made by her tastes awesome and because this recipe made me to buy blender, that became my new life partner, it was logical that this recipe will be the first i will try with it.
The recipe is vegan, but this meal is for everybody that wanna try something new.
Ingredients are supereasy to find- everything you need you can find in every supermarket (i don´t like recipes, where are 50 ingredients and for half of them i would have to go to main city to buy them).
I changed type of oil, cause i don´t use olive oil, so i put there hempseeds oil and i had my own sprouts from red wheat, mungo beans and buckwheat, so i put there all of them in a mix.
I tasted only cashew sauce- and it was delicious!! than i took it to my sister´s place, where came my hungry mum, so i gave her one portion.
According to my mum it was totally heavenly delicious! she ate quite big portion of it without asking what it is😆 she found out that the pasta was from zucchini after she ate it.
The husband of my sister is that type of man, which doesn´t eat a meal without meat, so he tasted only sauce- according to him was good and creamy and he didn´t want to believe, that there is no cream in it.
And me? i had it for a lunch, for a dinner and another day for a lunch again...and i still could use some sauce into some salad. I love it so much and it wasn´t the last time i did it, definitely and i will play little bit with ratio of ingredients of the sauce....totally everyone can try it!
