Vigan's Breakfast: Veggie Smoothie Bowl + Toppings + Soy yoghurt
* INGREDIENTS Veggie Smoothie:
- 125g cauliflower (from the freezer)
- 125g red forest fruit
- 1 heaped tsp almond butter
- little bit of vanilla (stevia/extract)
- 1 tsp cardemom
- some plantbased milk
1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Add enough milk until you get the right consistency you like.
2. Serve with some plantbased yoghurt and toppings you like. I had coconut pieces, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, quinoa puffs, and granola.
