For most people, just a little planning and prep can go a long way when they are trying to lose weight, simply ‘winging’ it doesn’t work. TSP members simply pick and mix from a food list to make theirs up, you may need to count calories. Whatever you have to do, DO IT, and the chances of you avoiding the vending machine and chocolate drawer will be greatly improved!
