My neighbor gave me some grapefruits from her tree. In less than 20 minutes I made a homemade grapefruit dressing for my kale salad, added some grapefruit segments to the salad and topped with wild caught sockeye salmon. Just perfect! .

99% homegrown. I am going to brag about this one as it was one of my favorite #meatlessmonday creations and everything with the exception of cucumber was pulled straight out of the garden.
