Ainda vejo gente que faz a suplementação de L-carnitina, então resolvi falar um pouco desse suplemento

Para quem não sabe, a carnitina é uma enzima presente no músculo responsável em fazer o transporte dos Ácidos graxos(gordura) para dentro da mitocôndria, para eles serem oxidados e utilizados como fonte de energia (logo, estaria queimando gordura). Então suplementar carnitina potencializaria esse efeito? Não é bem assim

De uma maneira resumida, tentarei explicar como a gordura é oxidada, então vamos lá:
Nossa tecido adiposo, armazena a gordura na forma de triglicerídeos (TGL), e para utilizar esse TGL como fonte de energia ele precisa ser quebrado, e quem quebra ele é uma enzima chamada Lipase hormônio sensível (LHS) em um processo denominado lipólise. Quando quebrado, esse TGL forma 3 moléculas de ácidos graxos e 1 glicerol

Então esses ácidos graxos vão para nossa corrente sanguínea e são transportados por uma proteína chamada “albumina” para dentro dos nossos músculos, e lá sofrem ação da carnitina que mobiliza eles para dentro das nossas mitocôndrias (onde lá esses ác graxos serão utilizados como fonte de energia, logo você estará queimando gordura)

Porém não é claro que suplementar carnitina potencializa esse efeito, e também não adianta aumentar a quantidade de L-carnitina no músculo, sendo que a capacidade do tecido adiposo em quebrar gordura(lipólise) e a albumina em transportar a gordura ainda continuem as mesmas

Por tanto, economize seu dinheiro, quer potencializar a queima de gordura? Exercício aeróbico é a solução, fazendo isso aumenta a eficácia das suas mitocôndrias em consumir e oxidar mais energia.

🌾 Originario de Oriente y muy utilizado en las comidas Árabes y Armenias.
🌾 Se obtiene a partir del trigo Candea (Triticum pilonicum), el cual es partido, zarandeado, precocido y secado.
🌾 Necesita solo 20 minutos de remojo o 10 minutos de cocción. 🌾 Rico en proteínas, vitaminas del grupo B, ácido fólico y hierro.
🌾Considerado un alimento entero, aunque no apto para celiacos por su contenido de gluten.
🌾Excelente fuente de carbohidratos de muy buena calidad, muy fácil de digerir. Posee un índice glicémico medio (50).
🌾Al poseer la cáscara o salvado, nos proporciona un aporte de vitaminas del grupo B y minerales como hierro, fósforo, magnesio y potasio. 🌾Tiene un buen contenido de fibra, la cual nos ayuda a facilitar el tránsito intestinal y el colesterol sanguíneo.
🌾Muy bajo en grasas comparado con otros cereales, por lo cual en un plan de déficit calórico es un muy buen aliado.
🌾Contiene altos niveles de antioxidantes, como carotenos, luteína y vitamina E.
🌾Posee un leve sabor a fruto seco, por lo cual se puede utilizar tanto en preparaciones dulces como saladas.
🌾Presenta un buen contenido proteico, similar al de la quinua y otros pseudo-cereales.

En conclusión es un muy buen reemplazo de los cereales que siempre consumimos, además de aportarnos buena cantidad de nutrientes, hace nuestra dieta más variada 💜

My lunch packed for today was 2 turkey burgers, a sweet tater, and buttered green beans. What a well portioned meal - it follows my healthy plate template!

I thought it would be interesting to show what I eat during the day. So here is a picture montage of a usual rest day looks like for me.

Wheat Toast w/ 1 TBSP of Teddies PB and black coffee
Greens supplement and creatine
1 cup oatmeal w/ 2 scoops of a protein blend
8oz chicken w/ 5oz rice
10oz cherries
10oz ground turkey w/ unmeasured amount of green beans

For the most part, this is everyday. The meat changes from ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey and chicken breast with the occasional steak tips thrown in. ⠀
On workout days, my pre-workout meal is a bowl of Honey Nut Chex.

On Saturdays, my wife and I get take out. And since it’s summer, ice cream is a weekly staple. Outside of that, shit is pretty boring.

Boring and effective. Complex and no planning makes dieting harder. Don’t do that to yourself.

I’ve lost about 15 pounds since Feb with very little muscle loss and I’ve actually gotten stronger.

Pizza vegana apta para celiacos (Sin gluten) con harina de arroz.

Una pizza casera siempre es mejor opción que cualquiera que nos vendan, cuanto más artesanal sea, probablemente será más saludable.
Ingredientes:
Para la masa light sin gluten:
* * 150 gr de harina de arroz
* 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear

* 1 pizca de sal
* 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
* 100 ml de agua
.
Para condimentar:
* * Salsa de tomate (a gusto)
* Mozzarella (a gusto)
* Vegetales al gusto (champiñones, chile pimiento, alcachofa, alcaparras, palmitos, Arúgula, cebolla, etc...) .
Mezcla juntos la harina de arroz, el polvo de hornear y la sal. Luego combina con el agua y el aceite hasta formar una masa. 
Amasa bien, te dará para hacer dos pizzas de unos 20 cm de diámetro. 
Coloca la masa en una placa para horno engrasada y estira para darle la forma. 
Pon la salsa y el queso sobre la masa y agrega los demás ingredientes que desees
