Meet my anonymous client, Liz. After taking an assessment of her health and fitness, I aligned her to a workout plan + a meal plan. While I am so ecstatic that she was able to drop -21lbs, I'm more proud of the fact that since adopting a healthier lifestyle, she's quit smoking and her blood pressure is down. At the beginning, she struggled to catch her breath 5min into the 25min workout program I aligned her to and today she breezes through these workouts (and burns more calories than I ever have 😒). Witnessing her transformation as well as countless others is the reason why I love coaching and why I continue to share my story in hopes of changing more lives....
