Super-late good morning dudes. After 14 h in bed I want to share my chocolate tahini oatmeal from yesterday with all the toppings. But I don't want to TALK about it. I want to talk about Important Things. A few days ago I had one of those moments many of us have, when we phone our (supposedly) best friend and cry and say "I am worthless! I am unlovable! I don't make anything in this world better by existing! I am nothing special and it's no wonder people pretend they don't see my texts just so they don't have to answer!" and he answered with "I don't think you're worthless, but I agree with everything else you've said and I think you should change." Yeah... You kind of don't do that, do you? At least I wouldn't :P It has left me in chock for the past days and I haven't functioned properly. But then, since Sunday, something beautiful started building up which has had me realise that the parts of you which makes some people ignore you, will be the source of other's adoration. Some people are not beautiful enough to realise that you are good enough just the way you are, and the ones who do realise it will let you know, and those are your people. The take home message would be that one, don't tell your friend you agree with them when they are crying in panic and say bad things about themselves, and two, just because one person thinks you should change, doesn't mean all people think so, and those who don't think so are the ones that will make you happy. I'm happy to hear your thoughts about this. Am I thinking right? Xxx

💚Incredibly Nutritious. Oats are loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds. Oats are rich in carbs and fiber, but also higher in protein and fat than most other grains.

💚Oats are rich in Antioxidants. Oats contain many powerful antioxidants, including avenanthramides. These compounds may help reduce blood pressure and have anti-inflammatory and anti-itching effects.

💚High in good fiber. Oats are high in the soluble fiber beta-glucan, which has numerous benefits. It helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promotes healthy gut bacteria and increases feelings of fullness.

The past several days I’ve been doing really well and have been feeling super positive. But today I woke up with an upset stomach felling like crap. All I want to do is hide in my bed and not deal with the reality of life. Calories and numbers are really trying to take over my head and I don’t feel like I have the energy to fight it. Still I refuse to give into the voices in my head!! We have good days in recovery, and then we have bad days. On the bad days it’s easy to forget the good days ever existed, but I can look back in my journal and see that the determination I felt was real. The bad days will NOT last forever. Just thought I would share this because recovery is far from sunshine and rainbows every day and it is impossible to never struggle. ✨ Cauliflower cinnamon oats 🍓with @bearnakedgranola ((v’nilla almond)) strawberries & blueberries, crushed sunflower seeds all over and extra cinnamon on top.
For oats ➡️ I prepared oats as normal, then filled my ninja with frozen cauliflower, tons of cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, a little homemade maple syrup and cashew milk then blended until creamy. Add cauliflower mixture to oats once the oats have been removed from heat and are setting.

Say a prayer for a good doctors visit for my sweet Liv! She had an intolerance to oatmeal (FPIES they call it) around 5/6 months which led to choking and projectile vomiting. We are finally at a point where we can reintroduce oatmeal into her diet starting today with an eating challenge.

Almuerzo en casa ! Hoy les dejo esta receta vegetariana y ultra sencilla. 🔶 Hamburguesas de lentejas y semillas con ensalada 🔶. Rinde para 4-6 hamburguesas, dependiendo del tamaño.
✔️ Hamburguesas: ▪️ 1 taza de lentejas crudas ▪️ 1 huevo ▪️ 2 cdas de queso rallado ▪️ sal ▪️ piemienta ▪️ ajo picado ▪️ perejil picado ▪️ semillas de sésamo integral
✔️ Ensalada: ▪️ lechuga ▪️ choclo ▪️ aceitunas negras ▪️ aceite de oliva ▪️ vinagre de manzana ▪️ sal
✔️ Procedimiento:
👉 Hervir y escurrir las lentejas.
👉 Procesar la mayor parte de las mismas hasta obtener una pasta.
👉 Mezclar con el huevo, el queso rallado y los condimentos.
👉 Formar las hamburguesas con las manos.
👉 Pasarlas por las semillas de sésamo integrales.
👉 Cocinarlas sobre una sartén con un poco rocío vegetal de ambos lados.
👉 Si no se cocinan del todo se les puede dar un toque en el microondas.

Found some super good strawberry jam with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners that is a killer oat topper. Paired with raspberries, PB powder and a banana. mixed the oats with salted caramel @questnutrition and some Greek yogurt for added protons.

Even after only 3 days back on track from a period of not caring I already feel less.. bouncy ha. Looking to hit the week hard and see some solid progress!

Мой самый любимый десерт, перепробовала его во многих кафе и ресторанах, но тот, который я приготовила сегодня - лучше всех!!! Жаль шарика ванильного мороженого нет😞
Оставлю рецепт, для вас и для себя💓

🍎Яблочный штрудель🍎

🏞️яблоки - 2 больших/4 маленьких ⠀ ⠀
🏞️слоёное тесто/сделать самим ⠀
🏞️корица - 2 ст.л. ⠀
🏞️сахар- 50 гр ⠀
🏞️орехи - 35 гр(у меня арахис) ⠀
🏞️перемолотые сухари/бисквитное печенье - 30-35 гр ⠀
🏞️ изюм - 20 гр ⠀
⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
🎨 Режем очищенные и помытые яблоки на небольшие квадратики
🎨Сахар смешиваем с корицей, а орехи немного толчем с уже перемолотым печеньем/сухарями
🎨Тесто раскатываем и отделяем с одной стороны 10 см, а со всех остальных по 5 см, кипятим чайник
🎨В полученную фигуры сыпем 2/3 орехов с перемолотым печеньем/сухарями и 1/3 сахара с корицей
🎨Выкладываем к краю(напротив 10 см) яблоки 🎨Изюм заливаем кипятком и оставляем на 5-7 секунд, сливаем воду и добавляем к яблокам
🎨Посыпаем яблоки оставшимися сухими продуктами и скручиваем рулет, который закончит крутится на оставшемся месте(10 см)
🎨Прокалываем вилочкой рулет(почти везде) и выпекаем 35-40 минут при 180•
🎨Подаём с шариком мороженого💓

⛱️Как приготовить тесто?

🌅Мука - 240 гр
🌅масло растительное - 35 мл
🌅Вода -120 мл

🎈В муке делаем углубление, выливаем масло и воду, круговыми движениями смешиваем все, замешивая тесто
🎈1 ч.л. растительного масла выливаем на тесто и убираем его под крышку(чтобы не сохло)
