As I approach my favorite time of the year (and a lot of competing priorities), I am taking a step back to reflect on what I accomplished (and didn’t) over the winter. l defined my objectives and targets for my business, but I also decided to do this for my personal nutritional, fitness, and beauty goals as well.
Nutrition: Objective: Stop dieting and simply consume more vegetables. Tasks: 1- Take my Juice Plus Trio Capsules Daily, Drink at least one natural juice a day, and eat vegetables with dinner.
Fitness: Objective: Perfect the handstand. Task: Practice 5 minutes a day and check in with my coach @jeannielandis for accountability.
Beauty: Objective: Achieve clean beautiful skin with less congestion. Tasks: Stop picking, wash my face every night before bed (no matter what), exfoliate twice a week, and mask at least 3 times a week. —Reevaluate in one month—
Hmmm. That doesn’t look too hard now. This I can do!
