😨 Up to 75% of the population is or have dealt with neck pain. Factors that influence neck pain include working, physical activities, repetitive movements and more! The causes are cervical dysfunction, muscle and tendon strains, sprains, and etc.
😱 Overtime neck pain might turn into postural distortion like forwarded head, rounded shoulders or chronic migraines. AVOID THEM NOW. In order to avoid them, we must take care of it asap! First, fix your posture by sitting tall, while looking at objects at eye level. Second, do these stretched that I have shown, as much as every day! It can be done anywhere!
