Nice bench day at @goldsgym 315x3 wasnt quite used to the actual bench since im used to mine at home but it still went pretty well everytime I go to golds I meet a new friend, met this 50 year old powerlifter with his father that was 81 years old and benched 305lbs !!!! Always a good experience
