Finished last week off with 2 days on plan Wednesday and Thursday and Friday off plan as I went out with my Mr. Wednesday finshed on 14 syns: had 'fishcakes' for lunch and lentil chilli for tea. Dessert was banana and alpro dessert - 1/2 caramel tub and 1/2 dark chocolate tub at 5.5 syns. Added alittle salt to the caramel too was lush. Thursday finished on 14.5 syns: breakfast was rice and sriracha mayo and lunch was leftover chilli and rice. Tea was spag bol (not pictured) and dessert was at the movies so made myself a treat pot 3 syns for rainbow bacon, 3 syns for Ohso chocolate and 1.5 syns for fruit flakes. I also got a large Tango Ice Blast mango and raspberry for 3.5 syns (not photographed as phone was off). Friday I started portionning my milk allowance out - I have gone for 500ml of sweetened soy atm...I want to question SW here as it doesn't contain sugar anymore. So until it effects my weightloss I'll stick to 500ml for now. I had a breakfast of toast and marmite and banana and yoghurt with colis (1 syn).
