Best way to get better at the classic lifts? Do them, a lot of them at moderate weights with optimal technique and little fatigue. Fatigue leads to improper technique and the more you practice improper technique the more you’re body reverts to that. This was a every 3 minutes for 30 minutes 1 snatch between 75-80% (175-190lbs). Did it feel like it took forever? Yes, was every rep perfect, no. But I got 10 solid reps in with plenty of time in between to focus on the technical aspects and make my lifts better overall without fatigue comprising my form. Don’t get caught up in the instant gratification of fatigue to make it seem like you worked hard. Everything has is it’s place.
