🔵⚪🔴La vie est faite de choix.
Qui dit choix dit bien souvent renoncer à certaines choses. Pour ma part j'ai fait un choix en arrivant ici, celui de prioriser ma "carrière" sportive, aussi modeste soit-elle.

La simple raison à ce choix c'est que sans l'haltéro, je ne serais pas l'homme que je suis aujourd'hui.
Ce sport est un sport exceptionnel car il demande un fort investissement (comme beaucoup de sports) mais il nécessite aussi de longues heures, de longues années de pratique pour d'une part, maîtriser une gestuelle technique exigeante mais aussi parvenir à ressentir de manière précise le positionnement du corps dans l'espace mais aussi de la charge.

Je passe tant de temps à m'entraîner, chercher, à corriger, a enseigner, que je sais que si je veux le faire pertinnement, il faut que j'y sois dédié.

À vrai dire l'opinion des gens importe peu, qui que ce soit. Il faut juste faire des choix, les assumer, et ne jamais rien regrette.

Mäh, min kropp sa upp sig i natt så ingen sömn pga smärtor i ryggen. Massagetid idag vilket var jäkla tur, hela vänstersidan var kaos (den som brukar krångla men som skött sig ett litet tag) samt nacken. Tillfälligt synbortfall efter behandlingen säger en del om hur spänd jag var 🤣 så dagen har spenderats i sängen i hopp om att kroppen skall landa lite så jag får sova i natt. Tills dess, drömmer jag om lite najsiga ryck 🏋🏼‍♂️

Here's a quick flow chart to address potential areas you might need to address to improve your snatch technique, positional strength, or both. Keep in mind, these are only a few of the exercises that can help, and often a combination of movements within a program may be the best choice!

Remember, missing one lift here and there happens, but if these issues are a regular thing, odds are your technique needs to be improved. Just be sure to consult with your coach prior to jumping onto another program (as they very well may be addressing your issues already).

#운동일지 쓰고싶다

I used to have lots of videos of me working out on my phone, but now, there are pictures of a skull, cells and other anatomy stuffs instead.. Since i had two exams in last and this week i had to put extra time to study than usual. So i haven't been able to go workout. And even if i got to go workout, i wasn't getting a good workout cuz i was dam tired from studying everyday. It sucks to be weak and stupid at the same time. Lol
This video was about 2~3 weeks ago. I was working on the depth with heavy singles at 92%(315lbs). 아ㅏㅏㅏ 운동운동운동 하고싶다아ㅏㅏ!!
핸드폰 사진첩에 운동영상으로 빡빡했는데.. 이젠 뼈랑 세포랑 인체의 신비로 가득차는구나ㅠㅠ
비디오는 2~3주전 묵은지.. 중량할때 빵댕이가 좀 덜내려가는거 가타서 낮게가는 연습..
그나마 인체해부학이랑 통계학 첫 시험들 다쳐서 다음주부턴 운동좀 더해야긋다.. 뭐 그래봐야 또 곧 몇주뒤에 시험있겟지만ㅋㅋㅋ

Starting fresh after my holidays this week with a bit of change to how I program my foundation strength sessions 💪🏽🏗🏛

I’ve Started off by adding Bent Over Barbel Rows as an accessory to my Bench in hope to maintain pain free shoulders. I noticed bench was making me abit rounded and tight up front, this should hopefully balance me out a little 👍🏽
.
Also adding in Goodmornings as an accessory to my Deadlifts, just cause I can, seeing if it’ll give me stronger pull positioning in my Cleans 💪🏽

Finally upped my squats to 4 times a week now my knee isn’t hurting. Initially dropped down to squatting Once a week for maintaining strength the past 6month so will be nice to see if I don’t get bored and actually build strength 🙌🏽

If your still reading this, I’m NOT a coach/PT I just enjoy sharing things I program for myself and the little things I’ve learnt along the way! (Good & Bad) - I find training more fun programming for myself and plus, it’s free. Why pay joke money (that I could be spending on pizza) when I can make myself better, just got to try hard and train with like minded FUN people - simples (all my own opinion) 🤷🏼‍♀️👊🏼

Nothing new here. Me, a barbell and some funny faces... 👹👽🤖
This was a good one to get me back into training yesterday:
- Every 30 seconds 1x snatch @ 77kg x12
- Every 45 seconds 2x power clean and jerks @ 92kg x12
After this I went into a minging @formleeds class workout of 100 burpees over the rower then max distance row up to 15 minutes. The only thing to take from this one was being happy with 100 burpees over the rower in sub 6 mins 😬
