From April 2017 (left) to today (right) -10 months. Eating more than I've ever eaten before. PR's in every single movement we do @crossfit. Weight change is 4 lbs. Who knows how much muscle I've gained. The real changes came when I cut out the alcohol.
I would like more abs (who wouldnt???) but if I had to stop here I would take this body in a heart beat. I'm the strongest, leanest, and most fit I have ever been in my life. I am also the most confident I've ever been.
I LOVE this freaking body and what I can do with it.
I put in the work and my body is evolving. I won't stop here. But it's pretty freaking awesome to see the change. Keep going. Keep working. See what you can do. The journey is what makes you and the results are your reward.
