I think it’s good to be critical of ourselves. To know our strengths and our weaknesses, so here is my weakness!
I get side tracked, I run away with myself, my head is like an ongoing brainstorm of ideasreally it’s exhausting. I’m totally blaming my hypothyroid disease for this , brain fog at its best.
But i think I’ve finally found my feet, being organised definitely keeps me focussed. So writing lists and tasks are my saviour, so when my mind starts to wander I’m pulled right back to what needs doing #braintraining #brainfog #writersblock
