1️⃣Every time I post something online I ask myself a series of questions that include....”who is this post for?”, “what value will they receive?”, “what action do I want to occur as a result of this post?”, and “is this post relevant and display my brand in a way that I am proud of?”

2️⃣ It’s important to know how your audience best receives your content. Do they prefer videos, articles, pictures, infographics, livestreams, small groups, webinars, etc....? When you can figure out how your audience receives your info best you can then begin to focus on honing in on creating the specific type of content that they’ll best resonate with. Start with a mix of memes and motivation posts that are specific to your industry and potential clients pain point. You should also add high quality professional stills of you representing the person that you want others to know you as.

3️⃣ Stay relevant by subscribing to email lists and following experts in your niche who inspire you. Learn as much as you can because it makes it easier to create content when you’re full of content. -

4️⃣ Collaborative work usually requires half the effort with double the return if you do it right. I team up with other fitness pros and do webinars and other collaborative work because it exposes my audience to new information and breaks up the “normality” of my content while putting me in front of a similar audience who may have otherwise never have met me!

✨ Honesty time: I’m struggling.
I’m not one to complain, I always love being as positive as possible despite the situation, but you know.. sometimes it’s more than okay to admit that you are struggling.
This pregnancy hasn’t been easy.
First trimester: Sick until week 16.
Second trimester: Sick once in awhile was overall pleasant.
Third trimester: Sicker than the first. Constant fatigue, dizzy, migraines, throwing up, nauseated every single day.
It took a lot out of me to just get through the first trimester sickness, but this is proving to really test my strength.
It’s hard throwing up or having the feeling like you need to throw up after every meal.
It’s hard trying to push through the day and work when you have a constant migraine pounding in your head.
It’s hard getting all the housework done when you feel too exhausted to move.
It’s hard just eating because you know it will make you feel miserable and yet you will also feel miserable if you don’t.
It’s hard putting on a smile and trying to act like everything’s okay when you feel sick to your stomach and all you want to do is cry.
It’s hard experiencing a fatigue/exhaustion like you never have before.
It’s hard walking into a restaurant or store and smelling something that immediately makes you want to vomit.
It’s hard not being able to enjoy food.
Pregnancy is hard. Growing a human is hard. But I know He is worth all this pain.
I’m not posting this for sympathy and I know there are women out there who have it MUCH harder than I do.. but, I just wanted to be real with you all in hopes others who are struggling too can relate.
We all struggle in our own ways. Pregnancy is not easy.. but boy will it be worth it.

Sometimes we think we know how someone’s life is by the look of their social media and what they post regularly. Had an amazing chat with my girl @thebrittloren about wanting to just feel free and confident. To not feel like we are being judge if we decide to tap into a different side of ourselves. Sometimes even our closest friends and family can make us feel a little uncomfortable in our skin. When it comes to me, I’m so used to being that athlete and a fit chick, but at the end of the day I’m still a lady that sometimes wants to dress up and feel sexy and confident. And it can feel uncomfortable when people ask you “why did you dress up? Or who are you trying to impress?” Sometimes we just want to feel good for ourselves! We are just having that kind of day. Our outward appearance doesn’t define what we hold inside. It doesn’t always illustrate what we feel in our hearts or illustrate what our goals in life are. We have to remind ourselves that it also doesn’t take away from what we’ve accomplished. It doesn’t take away from the masters degree I have. It’s doesn’t take away from my accomplishments as a trainer. If some days I want to dress a little more edgy because it fits my mood, then I can do that. We need to remember that we don’t have to ask for permission to express who we are and what we feel. It’s important to remember that we are all unique people with some many different characteristics. Sometimes some of us just take a little time to come out of our shells and blossom 🌸

Just remember...”IT’S NOT TRUE...” We all have goals we want to accomplish. We all have moments of greatness when we truly feel the energy and excitement we have to achieve our goals. Then sometimes we hit a bump or experience an obstacle that gets us to doubt ourselves and our capabilities. Or we hear something from someone that can have a negative an impact on us and stop us dead in our tracks to where we’ve envisioned ourselves. Just remember we are designed for maximum performance. The only way to truly realize this potential is to stay the course. You’ll never know what you’re meant to do, or even what you’re NOT meant to do if you don’t give yourself a chance to live through a true experience where you give it 100%. Quitting is easy. It’s harder to remind yourself that any negative thoughts you have are NOT TRUE. So the next time you doubt yourself say, “IT’S NOT TRUE” and get back to work. End of story. 💪🏽
