Hôm nay chúng mình sẽ giải đáp thắc mắc của 1 số bạn hỏi về thu nhỏ đùi và bắp chân. Đây chính là 2 phần khá khó giảm và nếu tập sai còn rất dễ khiến cho bắp chân lên cơ nhìn rất thô và xấu. ☠️ COMFORT ☠️ Through life I’ve felt occasional feelings of comfort. I make such a big deal about it because with that feeling also comes resistance.

Comfort to me means I’m not growing and my body and mind sure let me know when Im not pushing myself enough. That doesn’t mean i don’t take breaks, it doesn’t mean I can’t sit back every now and then and do nothing. But it’s a good indicator that I’m not squeezing enough out of life as I could be.

I always feel 10x more alive when I do things that scare me. I become fearless. Little scares me and ‘problems’ don’t seem like problems anymore.

It’s easy to let these habits of self care and going out of your comfort zone go, but you’ll realise the quality of life will quickly go down too.

So this is a reminder to all of us that if you really want to feel empowered and suck the juice out of life you gotta take risks, do little things that scare you each day, stay on point with your health, and work on your mission little by little.

When I’m in alignment with these things my quality of life is profoundly better in every aspect.

BULKING OR GETTING FAT !! 🔴There are people who will fall off the wagon, will not diet according to their nutritional requirement, will not workout as per their routine, will get out of shape, will injure themselves here and there and then will announce that they are going to transform. They will get lean again, will get in shape, will rock their 6 packs or a flat tummy and will proudly brag about how they transformed, how they got in shape and how you can even get in shape like them. 😏 🔵What an average Joe fails to see is that they are exactly the same as they used to be, weeks after weeks, months after months, years after years. The guy who is transforming got fat and now is just shredding that fat again and will be where he used to be before. No increase in muscle mass or strength or anything for that matter. 🔴WHY DOES IT HAPPENS !! Not planning the macros properly 💯

Not revising your diet as per your goals 💯

Not making your workout routine according to your goals 💯

Not taking advantage of your growing season in terms of building your strength 💯

Not understanding the difference between bulking and getting fat 💯 🔵If you are one of those people who spend time getting fat by following just any or no workout routine, eating just anything and everything that comes into your sight and call it " bulking ", you are making a fool out of yourself. Yes,you will put on some amount of fat,but putting fat entirely because of junk eating is doing injustice to your hard work. 🔴This is a universal truth that you need stay in deficit to cut down fat and get lean, and if you are randomly putting on weight and cutting down every now and then and spend most of your time in deficit, dude, when are you going to put on muscles ?

The longer you cut there may be greater the chances of losing muscle due to calorie deficit and thats something nobody wants.🙅‍♂️ 🔵You ask any of these transformation specialists what was there last body weight when they eat like they don't care and what was their weight after transforming, you will notice year after year they are exactly at the same body weight( or just bit here and there) after getting lean, with the same muscl

Something I see holding people back is wasting time to find content to write about. Crispy skin salmon, air fried taters and pumpkin, all the greens and dijonnaisse for lunch today🤤

We all know salmon is packed with “good fats” but keep in mind, fats are still fats, and no matter what source you get your fats from they still have 9 calories per gram.
.
Let’s compare chicken breast and salmon-
250g Salmon
kcal- 505
Fats- 33g
.
250g Chicken Breast
kcal- 262
Fat- 4g
.
NOW, this is not saying salmon is bad(I LOVE salmon and you shouldn’t be labelling foods “good” and “bad” anyway), just be aware of how many calories you’re consuming, I only ever have a tiny 100g portion because there’s no way I’m wasting that many fats on one bit of salmon.
.
So even if you are “clean eating” you can still hinder your fat loss by eating high calorie ”clean” foods. Just say you had a 250g salmon portion drizzled with a bit of oil, side of sweet potato and half an avocado, sounds all well and good right? It’s a healthy meal BUT the calories could be upwards of 900+, which is almost half of my daily intake for calories for the day in one meal!

I believe most people would benefit from weighing and tracking their food at some point in their life. I know a LOT of people over consume calories without even realising it whether that be from over estimating portion sizes or eating too many high calorie “clean” foods.

From there you know you need to hit muscle groups twice a week minimum so plan out your splits accordingly.

Today’s #TransformationTuesday goes out to Kenny, who got into the shape of his life as a 43 year old active father of two that works long days and travels very frequently for work.

Kenny has always been active, and was going to the gym on a regular basis, often with a personal trainer. However, despite putting in a lot of time and effort, he was seeing very little in the way of what matters most, results.

It’s hard to imagine now, but there was a time when humans only had access to sugar for a few months a year when fruit was in season.

Now, our sugar hits come all year round, often with less nutritional value and far more easily – by simply opening a soft drink or cereal box. It doesn’t take an expert to see that our modern sugar intake is less healthy than it was in our foraging days.
-
Today, sugar has become public Health Enemy Number One: governments are taxing it, schools and hospitals are removing it from vending machines and experts are advising that we remove it completely from our diets.
-
A review of research conducted over the last five years summarised that a diet of more than 150g of fructose per day reduces insulin sensitivity – and therefore increases the risk of developing health problems like high blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
-
Naturally occurring sugar is almost always found in foods that contain fiber, which slows the rate at which the sugar is digested and absorbed. (One exception to that rule is honey, which has no fiber.) Fiber also limits the amount of sugar you can consume in one sitting.

A medium apple contains about 19 grams of sugar and four grams of fiber, or roughly 20 percent of a day’s worth of fiber. Not many people would eat three apples at one time.
But plenty of children and adults can drink a 16-ounce bottle of Pepsi, which has 55 grams of added sugar – roughly the amount in three medium apples – and no fiber. Fiber not only limits how much you can eat, but how quickly sugar leaves the intestine and reaches the liver.

Many nutrition experts say that sugar in moderation is fine for most people. But in excess it can lead to metabolic problems beyond its effects on weight gain.
Everyone’s tolerance for sugar is different. But I think if people stick within the limits, then their risk is reduced.

[TIP OF THE DAY]
Struggle with Pull-ups? Here's why... ...
Reason 1: You need to lose weight.

Reason 2: Your back is weak.

Most people pull themselves up using their arms, not their back. Your back muscles are much larger and stronger than the muscles in your arms, so you need to use them efficiently in order to improve your pulling strength.
The primary movement we need to strengthen is Scapula retraction, which is the act of squeezing your shoulder blades together.

Some ways we can develop this strength is by regressing the Pull-up and working on separate aspects of the movement. My two personal favourites are:
- Dead Hang with Scapula Retraction. Hang off a pull-up bar, keeping your arms straight simply squeeze your shoulder blades together by drawing them down and back. Hold for 2 seconds at the top and repeat. Add weight if necessary and perform sets of 8-10 reps.
- Eccentric Pull-up. This exercise focuses solely on the negative aspect of the movement, the part where you lower yourself down. Simply use a step or jump up to get yourself in the top of a pull-up position, then in a slow and controlled manner lower yourself back down to the floor. Perform sets of 5 or more reps.

Another important factor is training frequency, you want to be training your back at least two times per week for optimal results.
