Today's pose is Wild Thing! Because I'm a wild and ethereal being, naturally I hurt my back on Thursday and have my ballet exam tomorrow!! I've been slowly working on bends and poses to loosen it back up and I think I'm going to be okay, thank goodness!

Had an EPIC interval session this early am including snatches, pendlay rows, push ups, squats, plyo and lots of cardio . Then made some strong peeps do it (SWIPE ) They look much better though @konversionfit. I attempt to do conditioning work 2-3x a month for the past 6 months and been loving how I feeling like an athlete Been able to stay decently lean all year around with intuitively eating high amounts of calories and progressing in the gym. I am loving the process/ journey
