Sometimes we need to have some fun while training. .
.
Yes, training should be fun. Fun trainings motivate me to do more and often, without being inconsistent. That’s the part of reason why I never stick around with only one training routine. Sometimes give some sauce on your training routine, like hanging tennis ball bouncing, stuff like that. .
.
Just hanging yourself on a pull up bar is not that fun. Boring. Then why don’t you try ball bouncing at same time? Simply grab the bar with one hand, and bounce a small tennis ball on the floor and grab it with other hand. Count it so that you get to know how long you can hold the bar without fall. .
.
Here’s the benefits of this exercise:
1. It is fun.
2. It helps you to grow one arm grip strength.
3. It helps you to grow multitasking.
4. You can be precise through catching the small ball while hanging on the bar and manage your body weight and momentum.
5. You get to learn how to count numbers! (Jkjk)

O termo ‘pushup’ vem da descrição simples do movimento que está sendo executado: o ato de se empurrar do chão. Então, como exatamente é feito um Pushup? Na posição inicial, deite-se de bruços, com os braços dobrados e as palmas das mãos abertas no chão paralelas ao peito – seus cotovelos devem estar voltados para trás. Então, levante seu corpo inteiro “afastando-o do chão” até que seus braços estejam completamente estendidos. Em um movimento controlado, abaixe seu corpo de volta até o tórax tocar o chão novamente. Ao longo do movimento, seus ombros, quadris e calcanhares devem formar uma linha reta – como se estivesse na posição de Plank.

Ring Dips
.
Ring exercises are originally came from #gymnastics . Nowadays, #calisthenics or CrossFit is getting popular, many people try ring exercises. At traditional weight lifting gym, probably no one would use ring. Maybe because users care what others judge about them, or simply too much work to install it wherever they go. .
.
Still, I would say ring is the most efficient chest and core killer than any other machines. As you see at the video, when I dip down and repeat it, you will notice my chest is becoming red. That means the muscles are working hard, and lots of blood get into the muscles. .
.
Here are the benefits of ring exercise:
1. Develop core with just holding the ring.
2. Extra concentration to not fall from the ring.
3. Extra working on forearm.
.
.
I’d say the most significant benefit of ring exercise is core and stability development. See this video, and try it.

Explosive power & strength.

Many of my trainings contain explosive power drills, especially on pull day. My pull day workout usually consisted of lots of slow pulls, as well as lots of explosive pulls. As many of fitness enthusiasts know, for muscle grow, muscles need to get damage, heal and grow. But I’d like to say explosive trainings are a bit away from muscle growing perspective. Then why we do? .
.
The “Bang” moment of explosive training helps to grow the “Bang” of your muscles. These explosive trainings are quite a bit away from muscle growing, though engage with myoneural development of muscles. Therefore, for some fitness enthusiasts who only focus on bodybuilding and aesthetics, do not need to train for explosive power. However, I’d recommend to try at least, cuz it is so fun!

Fitness journey #16
Shoulder strength is necessary to perform stable overhead lifting. Dumbbell squat press or Barbell thruster would be perfect exercises to improve your shoulder strength and stability. Especially, dumbbells are two separated weights not like a single barbell, so it is even more difficult to perform. However, absolutely helpful to enhance shoulder strength and stability. During this exercise, you more likely feel pump at your frontal deltoids.
Here’s what I did today:

Clean and Jerk is a good exercise to improve your explosive strength. Not many people in bodybuilding need explosive strength unless they are athletes or CrossFitters. But well, I like to train like an athlete, so I do.
