💭 Bev says: What a better time to try something new than when you’re abroad! A bread bowl is one of those dishes that you see on American shows and think wow that looks dank but when my friends all chose to go to this place for dinner, my picky senses started tingling. However, after trying these mini bread bowls, I need to find out who invented the concept of bread bowls so I can hug their descendants. You have the choice of getting mini bread bowls which allows you to mix and match, or one big version. Omg that was some of the yummiest mac and cheese I’ve ever had 😭. Also I wanted to try traditional Norwegian food but didn’t get a chance as we couldn’t find a restaurant that was vegan friendly so the Oslo bowl, which was a traditional beef stew, helped me tick that off my list. Don’t be fooled by the size though - I came to finish these bowls but instead they finished me 💀.
To meet or not to meet: as I’m travelling back from the airport on the train, all I can think about are those little bowls of goodness. Only get a bigger sized bowl if you’ve got a big and hungry enough belly to handle it.
