Tis the season to socialise. Balmy evenings with friends and family. Nibley bits. Grazing is on trend... I feel like it always has been?! There is nothing nicer than bringing a dish for friends or family that you have prepared yourself. It can be tricky though, kids, work, skills. The dish aside, the thing that is remembered and appreciated is the time taken and effort gone it.
My cooking philosophy plays on the ideas of simple, fast and fresh is best, less in more, textures and tastes.

I will be preparing a selection of healthy grazing bits you can re-create at home with tips and tricks along the way to keep the prep in the kitchen minimal. Everything will be available to taste test and you will receive a recipe sheet to take with you.
I will be using a Thermomix as a blender; however, everything can be recreated using a food processor / blender / Nutra-bullet.
