You cannot find peace in a label. You will not experience contentment when you are identified with a role. Fulfilment does not come through anything which can be named.
When you resist the world around you, when your opinion is forced upon those who are unaware & not ready, when you are so identified with what you do that you believe this to be you, you are in ego.
The stillness you find when you stare into a vast space, or focus on a tiny object; that stillness has nothing to do with the object & everything to do with a cessation of attachment to your thought processes & a lack of judgement or identification.
When you cease to name, label, identify &, especially when you cease to resist & judge the present moment of the environment, people, situation or world around you, only then can you find stillness.
Only then can we truly say that we are in a yogic state, unidentified, unencumbered, without judgement, blame, shame, with full compassion & love for every, single, living being, whatever role they are acting out; unconscious or conscious.
You do not need to look the part, you do not even need to act the part, because you are simply in it.
You are without judgement, you are without opinion, you are with love, you are showering the world with compassion & seeing within every living being, a piece of you, what you once were, what you could be.
Remember the times you were unconscious? Remember the times you only knew what you knew then? Remember the time, before we activated our thoughts, before we identified with them, when you had no blame; when you were free of this irritation?
Do you remember the stillness?
At what point do we stop focusing on the actions of others, & start taking accountability for our own re-actions?
P.s happy full 🌕 moon everybody!
