Let’s talk about importance of heat-on-hair protection
Most of us use heated appliances on our hair daily, but few of us actually use any form of heat protection. We usually forget to use heat protectants (its okay we are human) but if we are forgetting it most of time we are not doing right with our hair ( we have no right to complain about our hair) we are so into these heated appliances but we don’t know what major thing we are ignoring.
Heat protectants helps to keep your hair looking healthy shiny-rather than looking dry, dull and over styled.
Our hair is made up of keratin, protein and lipids, which keep hair shaft strong and performing as it should, heat erodes the hair strand, negatively impacting the balance of these three elements and making it prone to damage and difficult to style.
Every time you blast your damp hair with hot air, swipe a hot plate pr twist strand around a wand, you are weakening your hair (and we are so happy to do that, bilkul). Unfortunately this damage can’t be repaired because hair is dead ( i hope now it making sense to you how important it os to apply heat protectants)
How these heat protectants works?
These super clever sprays, creams and oils form a protective layer around the hair shaft, essentially forming a barrier that prevents it from being exposed to extreme temperatures. This means the heat is absorbed by the product and not the actual strand of hair.
I use @bumbleandbumble straight blow dry heat protective smoothing creme for coarse, curly or frizzy hair ( i have super frizzy hair)
What i love about this product is i use this product even if i am not using any heated appliance, because it also helps to protect my hair from@sun damage (my hair sunscreen)
It has ingredients which gives extra conditioning to my hair and my hair looks more shiny 💖
