Many of u were asking about a healthy diet plan for kids after watching my kids.. I got many dms about their diet so plan to do a post on their diet.. basically their will 3 post.. 1 babies. 2 toddlers. 3 youngsters.
So today m gonna share diet detials about babies that are more than one year old.
Note that you dont have to make a special kind of food for ur kids what ever u guys eating just make them sit with u and let them try that.. just make ur to give them LESS SALT FOOD.. N REGULARLY SUGARY FOOD is also not good..
1. make a chart for ur self n paste it in ur kitchen that reminds u thats what n when u want to give ur kids food..
2. now try to give them food every after 2 hours.. little amount but after 2 hours must.milk amount should be alot as kid must b on mother or bottle feed.
3. in bfst u can give egg, partha, chese, milk, porridge.
4. now after 2 hour of bfst go for brunch whr u can give them boiled vegetables , fruits, shakes ( less amount for avoiding motion🙊😂).
5. In lunch simply try to give them what u eat like rice with less salan n more cucumbers, roty, lassi, yougart.
6. in snakes time u can guve them fried chiken or boil chiken , fries along with milk ,crackers
7. now in dinner try vegetables pasta, rice or swaiyan u can also try saghu dana that is v healthy n gud for kids.. N in the last.milk is must..
now one thing here I wanna say that make a basket of raw eating vegetables n fruits n put it near kids reach that is v useful tb bacha ghumta ohrta khud kha leta he.. DO U PREFER TO MAKE SPECIAL FOOD FOR UR KIDS OR UR MOTHER MAKE SPECIAL FOOD FOR U??? ALSO TAG ANY MOM U KNOW
