#mealprepsunday is grass fed steak with chimichurri sauce on a bed of sautéed kale 😋
Ingredients & Directions
- Rubbed coarser salt and pepper on the steak and cooked on the stove with butter only
- Sautéed the kale in ghee with some garlic powder
- Blend (you’re suppose to chop everything finely but I was lazy): Handful parsley, handful of cilantro, about 2 tbsp of fresh oregano, handful of chopped green onion, 1 chopped jalapeño, 4 cloves of garlic, squeeze half a lemon, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt & pepper to taste.
Place in a sealed container in the fridge
