After few days of jet-lag and no sleep We finally got few hours of rest and now it is all about transitioning back to our eating habits. Sleep deprivation really messes up with everything including the hormones that tell us when we are hungry. We tend to eat more and make the worse choices when tired.
I am glad the kids are keen on fruit again after a good night sleep, and being in Queensland what's better than pawpaw, pineapple and watermelon on a hot day?! Plus... not to forget the holiday vibes... we also made some dairy free pancakes topped with organic raw honey.
