Moist your fresh baguette in freshly cut garlic and parsely mixed in olive oil/pepper/salt. Apply on a few slices fresh tomatoes and vegetarian mozarella cheese. Bake the baguette slices in the oven for a few minutes untill nicely crisp.
Sprinkle the other slices with the fresh tomatoes.
Add grated parmesan cheese. Topped it off with a rucola leaf.
