Continuing my #midwestern food journey with this Pasty! I’m still a little iffy on the pronunciation. This is a favorite from the U.P. (Upper Peninsula for you #nonlocals) of Michigan. It’s kinda like a hotpocket but with better crust and more like a pot pie filling. I got an Indian version with curry and tzatziki sauce to dip it in!
