Smoked dry rub turkey legs with spanish sweet paprika and a hint of garlic and as a side a yummy summer salad with mango, spinach, radish, tomatoes and sweet pepper with a vinaigrette of fennel olive oil and lime

How often does one get an absolutely perfect slice of homemade cherry pie? Not nearly often enough, in my humble opinion. The most perfect cherry pie I've made to date. Bing cherries, with the supporting roles being filled by Rainier and Sour cherries, respectively. Loaded into a delicate, buttery crust. And the best part? Macarons are one of my favourites to prepare and bake. They take skill, patience and a bit of practice. But once you can make them, you get that same feeling as though you have just passed your driving test!
