Last day of my summer vacation. Back to work tomorrow. So today I spendt some time in the sewingroom and sewed the big and the small Ditty Bag design @patternsbyannie . Loved this pattern, so as soon as I get more soft and stable batting I will make more of these bags. #dittybags#patternsbyannie#projectbag
Join Laura @funwithtotes to learn how to make the Open Wide Bag by Patterns by Annie. The pattern comes in three sizes. We recommend the Medium size bag for class. These bags are sturdy and functional. The storage opportunities are endless and they make great gifts!
Our Close At Hand case was specially designed with diabetics in mind. The mesh pockets allow visibility to the contents inside, while the elastic loops help hold everything in place. There's even a special pocket to hold a small ice pack to help keep insulin cool. Keep in mind that it also works great as a small first aid kit. Fill it up with bandages, hand sanitizer, a small bottle of pain relievers or allergy pills, feminine hygiene products, and more! Can you think of other uses for this great bag?
Pattern available in the UK at www.byannie.co.uk
Wendy B. made these awesome Open Wide bags using @TulaPink 's Tabby Road fabric. These bags, in three sizes, are perfect for storing and organizing sewing supplies, cosmetics, toiletries, and lots of other treasures. They also make great gifts! What would you use these for?

How insanely cool is this Everything In Its Place bag made by @iamkatotron ?! She used When Sparks Fly for the whole bag. Go to her post to see all the detail pics. It’s SO GOOD!
A million swear words and a lot of angry music later my #everythinginitsplacebag is finished!
Made exclusively with When Sparks Fly fabric (and a tiny bit of True Love) by my favourite @libselliott.
It's an ode to punk&rock and my younger self. I have had such a blast listening to all the stuff from my 20s.
I used my lightening bolt FPP pattern in an improvised New York Beauty and lots of rocking bolts for the back.
My nickname Kato just had to be appliqued on too. Boom!
Special shout out to @craftyhannah for the use of her and her Bernina

Daughter made this FABULOUS carryon bag. It was so large it took both of us to maneuver the fabric for quilting. She even fussy cut her favorite super hero’s for he pockets. #patternsbyannie#softandstable
I just have one phrase after making this clam up pouch ........ it’s so darn cute
Of course,mr Happy face doesn’t think so He says, make bigger.
Next clam up pouch - with pocket for key cards
As my good friend @grannymaudsgirl said on her blog, anything that can be sewn by machine, can also be sewn by hand.
That would explain why this Open Wide bag by @patternsbyannie is taking me so long!
I prefer to sew my binding down by hand, and on one end of the bag I even sewed the binding on by hand. Don’t ask.
There’s no such thing as “running up a quick pouch” in my house. #patternsbyannie#openwidebag#bagmaking
The Catch All Caddy is one of our favorite bags because it's so useful for storing and organizing sewing tools and supplies. But, Michelle E. shows us that it can be great for other crafting hobbies too! She was able to fit more than 8 full skeins of yarn into this beautiful bag. With so many pockets, the Catch All Caddy could easily secure crochet hooks, knitting needles, and more! What would you put in yours?
