Cap'n Crunch Lovers??
This version tastes the same with less sugar, carbs and a ton more protein. This is a big serving you can certainly have less to lower the cals. I added the PBfit to the Vanilla Muscle Egg and shook it in a shaker. Then added it to 1 cup cereal and drank the remaining Muscle Egg. This brought the calories down just a bit ( 1 cup vs 1.25 cups cereal)

Made a little keto oatmeal-ish type meal that doesn’t have chia seeds in it (for those that don’t care for the texture of chia). It was delicious!

FLAX MEAL "OATMEAL"
3T flax meal
1T almond flour/meal
1T PB Fit (or other powdered peanut butter)
Add ins: cacao powder, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut, keto sweetener of choice
.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 4oz hot water and stir until combined. Add more flax if too runny; more water if too thick. Add a dash of heavy whipping cream if you desire!

Sorry I’ve been a bit inconsistent and distant from here. Exams are taking over my life! I have completed 8 out of 22 so far, but now I have a week off so hopefully no more exam talk and more about PORRIDGE!
I read an article earlier about porridge being banned from a Welsh prison because it was a ‘risk’. Not because it was too hot, but because it could be used to block door locks! I would never even think to waste porridge doing that. Also, who made that porridge? If it can be used like superglue then I think they’re making it wrong. Saying that, I have made some pretty cakey oats before which you probably could make a door out of. I suppose it’s another motivating to reform: you can have porridge again!

1 cup traditional oats
1 tbsp pb
3 tbsp pbfit
1 tspn vanilla

1 tbsp almond milk

@laurappelosi will kick your butt into shape in no time! She definitely kicked my butt last night and I am feeling it this morning... along with feeling stronger than ever! Laura’s classes at Pacific Beach Training are some of my favorite to attend in San Diego. We did everything from Barbell Russian Deadlifts to Kettlebell Snatches and Dumbbell Farmers and Overhead Carries. @fitnessfrivolity and I were drenched in sweat by the end and had such a blast trying to keep up with Laura’s EMOM style HIIT workout!! Green smoothie time! Smoothies are a great and easy way to pack in veggies in one quick meal🥦. I don’t always add protein powder to my smoothies, but if it’s for meal replacement, I definitely do! Right now I’m loving the @drinkOrgain vanilla powder because it is full of amazing superfoods 💪🏼💪🏼

*Boring picture alert* .....
“I want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen fixing breakfast,” said no one ever. While this breakfast smoothie isn’t a gorgeous foodie picture, it was tasty and quick. I made it w/ my overnight oats and blended it with some frozen banana and strawberries and in about 2 minutes, breakfast was served! Easy-peasy. Even my overnight oats are as simple as they come:
•1/2 cup quick oats
•1-2 small spoonfuls chia seeds (not an exact measurement-use how much you want)
•1 spoonful #pbfit chocolate peanut butter powder for a little protein (or whatever brand you want to use)
•1 cup plant-based milk (I used soy)
•mix/shake/stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight
•I used about half the oat mixture, about half a frozen banana and 3-4 frozen strawberries, plus a little extra soy milk to get it the consistency I like. •Then you have a nice, thick, hearty breakfast smoothie as quick as can be! And use the other half tomorrow.....TWO breakfast smoothies!! 😋😋😋
