Just finishing up the last bit of my banana nice cream today! Last week I made it with some frozen bananas, peanut butter powder, a splash of vanilla and almond milk. I just threw it all in my food processor and BAM! There it was! To help with serving size, I actually put it into one of those giant muffin tins that only has 6 muffins (you know what I’m talking about right?) and put it in my freezer until I was ready to eat it.
It was super hot today and I was walking around campus for orientation, a workshop, and getting some errands done, so I definitely needed to cool off once I got home and this was the PERFECT thing!
Zach wasn’t really in love with the banana flavor, so I think next we’re gonna try to make pineapple sorbet. Do any of you make banana nice cream or some sort of sorbet? If so, what all do you put in it?
