I’m getting asked a lot recently on how to build/tone and shape and your bum. (I just have a nice little peach). Although toning isn’t actually a thing. I have put some clips together of me and what I think you should prioritise more. Male and female - it doesn’t make a difference, a guy should want a strong ass just as much as a female. .
Get rid of the hundreds of kick backs, use them for activations and warm up. Prioritise sumos and conventional deadlifts, stiff legs, hip thrusts, split squats and squats. Although this isn’t everything that can help - I feel these should be a priority. .
Can’t get to the gym and can only use your front room? No problem - fill up a ruck sack of books and dvds or whatever you can get your hands on to add weight to the bag. Then wherever the bar is or dumbbell, that’s where your back is. Get it on your back or hold it out in front. No excuses! #jakeperkinsfitness #jpf .
