2016-2018...One of my first major transformation picture. Would you laugh if i told you i thought i had a big butt in the first pic ? because i sure did. Ladies, i’m telling you, taking progress pictures are so worth it! These pictures were taking at the same exact hall, both were for a sweet 16, and they’re two years apart. Never did i ever think i’d have a booty before, but here i am starting to show one and i couldn’t be more proud of myself. What major workouts did i do to get where i am though? •SQUATS FOR DAYS: People always say squats don’t work, they’re pointless, but let me tell you that they play a huge role in my transformation. In the left picture i was attending the gym but only using the smith machine using light weight. On the right, as of now i continue to squat but i use the squat rack and i challenge myself to use higher weight the more i’m able to even if it’s only a few reps i can do. •Cable Pull Throughs: Squeeze your butt girls, it looks weird i know, but it’s gonna make you feel the burn even more. •Hip thrusts: Dont even get me started. These babies burn so so bad but they’re so worth it. *There are so many more workouts that i’d be happy to show you in a video later on!
