I have nothing but big love for Sweetsmith’s cookies! It has good-tasting buttery dough with loads of chocolates and a nice texture. Bulky and compact, these are around 3-inch wide and almost 1.5-inch thick. Its exterior has a subtle crisp thin layer, and once you break that layer your teeth will automatically sink into its soft, chewy interior. I got to try all six flavors, though only four of it are in my photos and video. I reordered when they released their two latest flavors, but I wasn’t able to take photos. Sorry, I couldn’t stop myself and just ate it.
Classic Chocolate Chip - this is the sweetest and the richest among all the flavors. It literally has tons of chocolates (I’m guessing a combination of dark and semi-sweet?). Possibly a 70:30 choco chip-to-dough ratio, that’s how much chocolatey it is! Warning: For hardcore chocolate fans only.
Walnut Chocolate Chip - my top 2 choice. Same with the classic, it has a combination of chocolate chips though this one has the perfect balance of ingredients so it doesn’t come as sweet. There’s a good number of walnuts which complements well with the dough and chocolates, and makes it crunchy in every bite.
Cranberry Oatmeal - I am super in love with this flavor, definitely my best bet! It doesn’t have any kind of chocolate just plain dough, cranberries, almonds and oatmeal, but wow what a great blend!!! It has a crunchy oaty texture with bursts of flavor brought by dried cranberries and a hint of cinnamon. It’s not sweet and has a fresh tangy taste that will surely hook you to it.
Peanut Butter & Chocolate - In photos, it may seem like a plain chocolate chip cookie but it is not. It’s more of a chocolate chip cookie with peanut butter. Instead of using peanut butter chips, they infused the peanut butter into the dough so the flavor is spread all throughout the cookie. It’s puffy and crumbly compared to all the other flavors.
