Note: I love me, my body, where it’s been, what it’s done, and am learning what it’s capable of. However, I’m also striving to love more, learn more, be more, and share more of THAT (hence why I document publicly). It is not because I don’t like where I’m at, but instead to inspire those who aren’t there yet to learn HOW!
A group of my clients and I are embarking on a new program, new routine, and new mindset. One we’re all excitedly anxious about. •4 days a week of workouts •Treat day (Hello♀️) •3 days active recovery days of choice (spinning, yoga, running, swimming, playing aka LIVING your life) • Comprehensive and EASY nutrition guide following healthy lifestyle principles •Drinking more water •Resting more •LOVING our skin •Creating lifelong relationships
We aren’t restricted. We aren’t deprived. We ARE learning how to maximize our efforts in minimal time.
