Carbs don't cause fat gain, eating too many calories does that.
Intermittent Fasting has no fat loss benefit, it lets you have a bigger dinner, you traded eating breakfast for that.
Fasted anything, is doing something hungry. Not added fat loss.
Protein shakes are food, derived from milk, also food. Good for you too
There are two types of fat, good and bad. Otherwise known as all fat and trans fat. Avoid trans fats
Protein is important , you need enough. Try aim for 2 grams for every kg bodyweight. ( 80kg person to eat 160g protein roughly). -
Fitbits lie. Which doesn't matter, because you shouldn't care what you burn. Just burn stuff, adjust diet to match desired results.
Desired results are not going to happen as fast as you want. Deal with it, be patient, or don't, it's still not going to be fast. -
Lifting weights is a really good idea. Lift enough but don't be stupid. Start slow.
Cardio is also a good idea, multiple health benefits but no need to become a cardio bunny.
You should eat veggies but remember they all contain calories.
