#AskKenneth | Reboot | Fasting 60 hours
3 trainees & I finished Reboot! ..
This is an amazing experience. ”Went to gym this morning. Actually felt ok. Strength was pretty good. Weird but I didn’t sweat much. Usually sweat lots but body temp is much cooler than normal.” ”Now just a bit weak and tired. Needed coffee to give me a boost.” - Eldwin
.. ”I had clear mind, I can control my craving more, if I decide not to eat that, then I don't have that much crave.” ”I feel great.” ”I thought I did something impossible.
and I realized that I like food.” - Winnie ..
”I feel pretty good.
I enjoyed all Reboot products.” ”Anyway, I heard that KETO BROTH didn't taste good, but actually it was not bad. I thought BROTH (Keto Thyme) tasted like clear soup. It is not same as the best restaurant soup, but it is enough for giving you satisfaction. Because you must crave any food then. I enjoyed the time to drink it.” ”About other products, they are all sweet and you will forget that you are on a diet” - Haz
This is my 3rd time to do Reboot. I knew what to expect during the process. I enjoyed the process. It's challenging and it is not east. If east, everyone is doing it.
Fasting is not a new trend, or it maybe not for everyone if you against it, or you're suffering from the anorexia. I remember I was against doing intermittent fasting in the past. I thought I might lose all my muscles. Then, I did my first Reboot in April, I would like to experience it before I say anything shit about it. I even didn't do 12 hours fasting in my life. But I did 60 hours for the first time. After that I realized that it help my mind and my body. I was calm.
I did 2nd Reboot in May again, it also helped me to prepare for the INBF bodybuilding competition. I won the overall championships. ..
This week, my goal is to reset my digestion system and insulin sensitivity. As we know that if the insulin sensitivity is high, it’s easier to put on muscle mass. More muscle mass, better BMR. Better BMR, better Fat Loss result. It's good for the body-building & Fat Loss. - Kenneth
