Sometimes you’re on top of the mountain, sometimes you’re in the valley, no matter where you are, celebrate life.
My camera experienced damages during my trip to Peru, in fact, it was smack in the middle of the trip at Machu Picchu. This rocked my world not only there but when I got back to the states. Suddenly I had a burst of creative ideas and no resources to execute them with. Life has terrible timing skills but I can’t help but feel incredibly blessed by the good and bad times. Needless to say, Peru didn’t quite go as planned and yet it was beyond perfect.
Forever grateful for friends like @gabriellaberkey who can sit with me in a hostel lobby and let me cry, vent and experience the bad times fully. She also encourages me to get up and experience the good times with as much emotion, and heart as when I’m down.
Don’t take your struggles for granted. Appreciate the difficult times, and although they seem to happen arbitrarily, you have the power and opportunity to learn, grow and give meaning to the struggles.
The long hard journey getting to the top of the mountain makes the view so much more valuable.
What would your life look like if you approached every problem like a blessing?
