I dont know why i fool myself into believing anyone gives a fuck. I have no idea why i set myself up. The world we live in is shitty. I'll never fit in. No one will ever stay. And I'll forever be hated. So would it be suicide, if i killed myself tonight. Technically im dead inside. Im not living more along the lines of existing and going through the motions of a human. Im tired of trying, im tired of crying...a person can only stand so much before i choose to just stay down, and hope bad people just leave me alone.

Anyway do yourself a favour and whiz bang this in the kitchen quick af.

🔺 RECIPE 🔺

➖ 2 eggs.
➖ 15g coconut flour.
➖ 15g oat flour (ground up oats).
➖ 15g cacao (not cocoa).
➖ 1 scoop chocco PRANA protein.
➖ 2 ripe bananas.
➖ 1 banana for topping.
➖ 1/2 tsp baking powder.
➖ tsp ground cinnamon.
➖ 1/2 tbsp stevia.

1️⃣ Pre-heat oven to 180C and line loaf baking tin with baking paper.
2️⃣ Throw all ingredients in a mixer (or be like me and use your blender lmfao easier to clean).
3️⃣ Once it reaches a cake batter consistency, pour it into the baking tin and bake at 180C for 30 mins or till you stick a knife in, and it comes out clean.
4️⃣ Let it cool for 10-15 before cutting into it.

Workout 4 Pull Routine 45 mins.
Increase muscle size and definition with a focus on Pull exercises.

Narrow Grip Pull Ups.
• 2-3 lighter sets | 4-6 reps
• 1 all out set | To failure
• 5 cluster reps | 1 rep, rest 15 sec, 1 rep, rest 15 sec, etc
Pull Downs:
• 2-3 lighter sets | 4-6 reps
• 1 all out set | To failure
• 5 cluster reps | 1 rep, rest 15 sec, 1 rep, rest 15 sec, etc
Narrow Grip Seated Rows.
• 1-2 lighter sets | 8-10 Reps
• 1 all out set | 8-10 reps to Failure 3010 tempo
Leg Curls.
• 1-2 lighter sets | 10-12 Reps
• 1 all out set | To Failure.
• Half quarter reps | 10 reps.
45’ Dumbbell Bicep Curls.
• 1-2 lighter sets | 4-6 reps
• 1 all out set | 20
• Drop sets to failure
Assault Bike.
• 15’ max | 15’ slower x 10 sets

The other day a women asked me if my protein shake was my dinner, I laughed because I thought it was such an absurd question, but then I remembered two years ago it was my dinner. I've tried countless diets such as Atkins and Slimfast, and sure they worked for about a month until I gained it all back, plus more. I always felt weak and tired from those diets and I knew I had to change for my own personal happiness. My weight has always been an issue for me but the tipping point was when I was pushing 190 and my fear of hitting 200. A vegan diet has allowed me to enjoy my love for food and eat until my hearts content! I'd recommend anyone to try it. I've never had so much energy and strength in my life and I love it!

Hii my pineapples!!🍍
For starters I realized I'm really bad at editing videos so the youtube video is taking soo much longer than I hoped for😬 but it's almost done!
Second, I just wanted to share another transformation picture. This journey has been much more than just "getting a bigger butt" for me. I have learned that I am stronger than I could have ever imagined, and that hard work truly does pay off. Some of you may know that I have scoliosis (a curvature of the spine), and I was told that I wouldn't be able to lift heavy, anddd I was given a big bulky back brace. While being mindful and listening to my body I pushed my limits and did what I was told I couldn't. None of this at all is to brag, but rather to inspire. I was fortunate enough to have my boyfriend push me to reach my goals, and now I want to do the same with others. Lastly, I just want to say that this doesn't happen overnight and there are times when you just want to quit but I promise if you push through it you will thank yourself later on😊💪🏼 -Tati🍍💓
