I'm trying to keep things light and easy after a few days off.
Some box step ups, some double unders, some handstand work using a squat rack and a band and some push presses and an attempt of an overhead squat after a press. By the way this is what happens when you have too narrow of a grip and don't lock your arms and elbows out. Bottom left is the better placement of the hands and having your wrists and elbows positioned facing forward is optimal. Still, a learning process anyway.
