What else should we start than with a fantastic #fitballworkout ?
You can of course do these exercises without the ball 😊
Some cues that might be helpful:
👉🏻 Lie supine with the head and scapulae off the mat, supported by the ball. 👉🏻 Arms are bent, holding the ball, elbows are facing front.
👉🏻 Maintain contact of the lower back with the mat. 👉🏻 With the crisscross, keep the scapulae neutral, and avoid lifting them up towards your ears.
👉🏻 As you rotate the upper trunk, keep the opposite side of the pelvis so the pelvis won’t rock in the direction of the rotation.
👆🏻Keep your shoulders and shoulder baldest down.
👆🏻Leave a little space between your chin and sternum.
