Do you know what it means to be Pilot in Command?
This question can be quite confusing for aviators because it depends on if you fly for the airlines, the military, Part 135 or Part 91.
And for the non-pilot types it means you are the ultimate authority.
You must be willing to accept responsibility for everything that happens during the flight especially the bad stuff.
You see you can’t just jump into a random aircraft and start logging PIC time.
You must be appropriately rated.
It means that you’ve demonstrated the ability to be in complete control of the planning, execution, and risk mitigation for all phases of a flight.
This includes knowledge of systems and performance.
So, if you would only trust someone with experience and ratings to fly a multi-million dollar asset like a high performance aircraft, wouldn’t you want someone that:
1️⃣natively understands aviation and your business
2️⃣ understands the challenges business owners and executives face in a changing market
3️⃣ is certified to handle your digital marketing with a team of experts for your business?
If that makes sense to you, let me know by commenting with your thoughts.
